Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP and a frightened dad Henry. I am most well-known through my Instagram page, @annephung. Here I tell my story-the highs, the lows and all in between. In 1990, my family moved to America. When I was of 1 and 1/4 I was accepted into my parents. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I worked hard to impress them and had tunnel vision for achievement. My life was set out for me to attend university, find an employment in a company, marry and buy an apartment. I figured that was the epitome of success life had other plans to teach me what success meant. In 2013, I discovered that I didn't like working in my job as a corporate employee. Status and money did not excite me. I believed that I was just wasting my time in exchange for an income. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards the new direction in my life. I found my calling in personal training. The business I started was in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success in the year 2021. It's not common to see an Asian female in the business. As an instructor, my aim is to encourage others to lead a healthy and happy life by creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to every person's individual needs and desires. It is my aim to encourage others to chase their desires and achieve the life they've always dreamed of. When my work was taking off, I suffered the greatest loss of my lifethat of losing my mother. Her eight-year battle was won. battle with Scleroderma and is now in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and heart at all times. It is true that life has the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even if we're not able to see the lesson at the time. The passing of my mother has altered my life in several ways. It is my belief that her passing gave me an opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. Her passing in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin an entirely new chapter. It was a second chance for me to live a full and happy life. What I'm experiencing as I enter my 30s, is a sense of awe and vitality. It feels like I'm truly living and not just existing. The purpose of the story I am sharing is to inform you that, you are not the only one. I hope that you feel that love is real and that therapy can be regular. Your health is the most important asset you have. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and end it without regrets, as death is the sole thing that is promised to us in our life.
